Dear Client

You ask me a question and then ignore me

when I tell you the answer.

You ask me the question again

and then ignore me

when I tell you the answer again.

I begin to suspect you're asking

not because you want to know

but

because you can.

You rephrase the question,

ignore my answer,

and then turn and ask someone else.

In my mind's eye,

I rush across the room

and push you through the window.

As you fall five stories,

I shout the answer after you,

but you hit the pavement

before you can ask again.

sir:

i went to the Art Museum,
and asked for you,
but they said:
"I'm sorry,
he no longer works here..."

i was upset,
and said;
"Fuck"
aloud.

sorry.
